The sofa bed seat is quite uncomfortable, but it didn't bother us too much as we were out all day.

The location of this cottage is simply perfect , just a short walk from a charming pub and tearooms, and only 30 minutes away from the delightful town of Pickering. the facilities provided were top, notch, with a well, maintained and smart layout. the hosts were very accommodating, even providing a high chair for our little one. the welcome pack was a thoughtful touch, making us feel right at home.

One small suggestion would be to add a coffee maker or a cafetiere to the kitchen amenities for that perfect morning brew. But overall, this minor detail didn't take away from our fantastic experience at this property.

We had a fantastic time at Boundary Cottage for our weekend getaway. The host provided clear directions, making it easy to find. The property was beautiful and every detail was taken care of, so we didn't have to ask for anything. Being able to bring our dog and walk him in the owners' field was a great bonus. The accommodation was spacious, luxurious, and had all the modern amenities we could ask for. The location was excellent, with a charming pub and tearooms within walking distance.
